In the last couple of years more and more young label promotors and DJ's from all over the world discover the Swiss experimental electronic music from the late 70's to the early 80's.
Most of these releases are first time out on vinyl in a limited edition for a short time. We from Klang und Kleid carry as the only source in Switzerland all of those releases as long in stock.
Originally published on vinyl by PJ and Stella's own label Space-Records in 1982. Out on CD since 2005 with 4 additional bonus tracks. The song "Space Shuttle" was originally composed as a theme for a TV series on manned space travel and "Hyperspace" was its B-side on the single Movin On. "Why" is from the Why Don't We Live In Space? maxi-single.
"Excursion" is a collage of original material from a psychedelic session in august 1980. Only some equalizing delays and reverb have been added - no additional synthesizers or samples.
CD comes in a 2-panel digipak include a 12 page booklet.
